General Description
The V5208 , V5208A and V5208B are boost topology switching regulator for wide operating voltage applications. They provide built-in gate driver pin for driving external N-MOSFET. The non-inverting input of error amplifier connects t o a 0.6V precision reference voltage. They have programmable soft start time set by external capacitors. V5208 and V5208B have programmable frequency set by external resistors. V5208A and V5208B have programmable current detection and over current protection set by external resistors.
The V5208A and V5208B are available in the small footprint DFN-12L package to fit in pace-saving PCB layout for application fields.
